The Custom Process

We keep pricing straightforward, but every boat has its own real-world fit, even boats with the same year, make, and model. That’s why we treat every project as Custom LuxXdek, built to match your exact layout.

Your boat’s dimensions, hatches, curves, and high-traffic areas all matter. Our team walks you through the process from start to finish, measuring carefully and dialing in the details so your LuxXdek fits clean, looks sharp, and feels right underfoot.

Whether you run a small fishing boat or a full-size yacht, we’ll build a fit that feels factory-clean and performs like it should. With a range of colors, patterns, and textures, you can keep it classic or make a statement, either way it will look intentional and elevated.

Capture

First thing we do is capture or “scan” your boat. This allows us to gather everything we need to provide you with the most accurate quote. Once approved we move forward with design.

Design

During the design stages you get to pick out colors, patterns, textures, drop in logos if you want. The possibilities in which LuxXdek can be customized are endless.

Fabricate

Once the design is approved, the T’s are crossed and the I’s are dotted we send your files off to our fabricator to be machined and inspected for quality.

Installation

It’s the moment you’ve been waiting for! Time to get your LuxXdek installed! We show up, double check that all of the pieces are there and correct, prep the surface for maximum adhesion, and begin installing your kit piece by piece until it’s finished.
